The date is set, the location is secured, and the vendors are booked.  Fantastic!  Now the fun  part, the DETAILS… but who will make sure my candy bar is set-up?  Who will make sure the candles are lit?  Who will make sure my family photographs are placed on the welcome  table?  Me, that’s who!  My goal is simple, to create a stress-free experience throughout your event.  Whether it’s securing the perfect event location, designing centerpieces or simply tying  bows on favors, Style My Vision can help you with all of your needs.

Services are including but not limited to…
  • Meeting vendors and deliveries, and handling any no-shows
  • Solving other last-minute emergencies
  • Executing the rehearsal
  • Setting up the Ceremony and Reception spaces
  • Ensuring  that the wedding party is on time and in the right places
  • Coordinating the reception timeline 
  • Ensuring that the space is left clean to make sure that you'll get your deposits back
  • Collecting and dispersing of vendor payments & gratuities
  • Oversee Bride & Groom departure
  • Collecting personal items and wedding gifts to ensure they get back to you safely
  • Coordinating the return of rental/borrowed items
